Stations Style Wedding

100 Person Minimum

A stations style wedding is set up with different menu items presented at various locations so that guests may “mingle” while selecting foods of their choice. You may wish to begin the reception with a selection of cold hors d’ouevres, or a combination of both hot and cold. (Hors d’ouevre selections are optional and an addition to the cost).

Here is an example of stations style done the Klassic way:

Salad or hors d’ouevre station:
fresh cut vegetables or fruit with dip, and a mixed – greens salad with dressing.

Pasta Station:
Your choice of two pasta selections such as, stuffed meat or cheese shells and baked lasagna.

Potato and Vegetable Station
Your choice of one potato and one vegetable such as: red skin roasted potatoes with Rosemary, and green beans Almondine.

Entrée Station:
Your choice of two entrees such as: Chicken Marsala and Roast sirloin of beef in aujus.

Dessert Station:
You may have the wedding cake alone or set up an additional station with various dessert items.

Coffee and Tea Station:
Self-serve and set up with cups and saucers, spoons, sweeteners, creamers and lemons.

Pricing for our services is based on two hours food serving time, and include on site preparation and serving of food, wait staff and clean up. Additions to menu or serving times will increase the cost of package. Prices effective as of 07/01/2019. We reserve the right to adjust our prices according to our costs.
